Join us to enjoy multiple courses of delicious global flavors prepared by local chefs using ethically sourced global ingredients and locally grown produce – while hearing the stories of the farmers and growers behind each ingredient! A sister event will be held simultaneously by our fair trade friends in LA, making this the biggest fair trade dinner party in the world!

Please note: This menu is mostly vegetarian, but contains one fish appetizer and a limited number of non-vegan items, all of which are optional. Due to our limited resources, we regret that we cannot accommodate other dietary restrictions for this particular event.

  • Global Gardens Chicago: Organic vegetables grown using sustainable practices by refugees in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood, on a formerly vacant lot transformed into a vibrant community farm
