Chicago Fair Trade invites you to support Globalfest 2026, our annual fundraising gala, by donating an item or experience to our Silent Auction: a much-loved highlight of the evening!
At the Silent Auction, guests bid on donated items to raise critical funds for Chicago Fair Trade’s Museum and year-round advocacy work. Your donation will be seen by hundreds of engaged, values-driven attendees who care deeply about fair trade and ethical business.
We welcome a wide range of donations, from products and gift certificates to unique experiences. Higher-value items are particularly appreciated as these generate a lot of excitement and momentum!

Messages start at a $25 donation, which directly supports Chicago Fair Trade’s valuable work to promote fair wages, safe working conditions, and eco-friendly production methods – and helps us meet our fundraising goal for Globalfest.
How long can my message be?
Please keep your message text to a maximum of 100 words so that it will fit on our Program Screen. Generally speaking, the shorter the better – that just makes sure our guests will have time to read them!
Where will my message be displayed?
Your message will be shared on our large Program Screen during the event itself and will be rotated throughout the evening on our slideshow. If we have space in our printed Program Booklet, we may be able to share a select number of messages in there, too.
Can I share a photo?
Yes, absolutely! We have space to share one photo per message.
Chicago Fair Trade invites you to share an advert at Globalfest 2026 to showcase your brand to every guest in attendance!
We will share your advert both in our printed Program Booklet, which will be given out to every guest, as well as on the slideshow on our Program Screen during the event itself.
This is a meaningful way to showcase your brand to a values-driven audience and gain visibility among hundreds of fair trade supporters!
Your contribution is a direct donation to Chicago Fair Trade and will fuel our educational and advocacy work all year round. Event sponsors receive 25% off all program ads as a thank you for their support.

Choose from four printed ad types: Full Page, Half Page, Quarter Page, or Eighth Page. The dimensions are listed in the table and diagram below.
The price of each printed ad includes a complimentary virtual ad to be displayed on the slideshow on our large Program Screen during Globalfest.
Virtual ads must be 1920 × 1080 px (landscape).

Each year, hundreds of fair trade supporters gather together at Globalfest to celebrate Chicago’s leading role in the fair trade movement – and our 20th Anniversary promises to be our best and biggest event yet!
