Join us to enjoy multiple courses of delicious global flavors prepared by local chefs using ethically sourced global ingredients and locally grown produce – while hearing the stories of the farmers and growers behind each ingredient! A sister event will be held simultaneously by our fair trade friends in LA, making this the biggest fair trade dinner party in the world!

Please note: This menu is mostly vegetarian, but contains one fish appetizer and a limited number of non-vegan items, all of which are optional. Due to our limited resources, we unfortunately cannot accommodate other dietary restrictions for this particular event.

• Canaan Palestine: Fair trade extra-virgin olive oil and traditional grains freekeh and maftoul, sourced from 4,000 family farms in Palestine
• Moka Origins: Ethically sourced bean-to-bar chocolate sourced directly from small-scale farmers in Cameroon
• Heray Spice: Premium-quality saffron from a Chicago-based small company sourcing from a fair trade cooperative in Afghanistan
