Chicago Conscious Closet Club 2nd anniversary celebration at the Chicago Fair Trade Holiday Pop-Up Shop!

Two years ago, the Chicago Conscious Closet Club hosted its first meeting ever at the Chicago Fair Trade Holiday Pop-Up Shop. We talked about what we wear, how we shop, and how to make more conscious choices about what we put in our closets.

Over the past two years, we’ve hosted virtual store and closet tours; lessons on mending and sewing machine maintenance; and interviews with experts and ethical brands. But the pandemic has kept us apart physically for a few years, and frankly we’re ready to see our community in person again!

So, to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, we’re calling all fellow ethical fashion lovers to join us for drinks, snacks, and conversation on the site of this year’s CFT Holiday Pop-Up. We don’t have a big agenda–just a desire to socialize and meet each other face-to-face, and a festive place to do it. Join us on Wednesday, December 8th from 6:00-8:00 PM at 5228 North Clark Street in Andersonville, Chicago to celebrate and connect IRL (and who knows, you may even get some holiday shopping done).
